Following the release of the Galaxy S24 Ultra earlier this year, the Galaxy S25 Ultra successor is not expected to be released until 2025. But according to sources in the rumor mill, Samsung is already working on four prototypes of the new top model, which were published as renderings on the short message service X by the PandaFlash channel.
Each version has a more or less noticeable variation in frame and size, such as a similar frame to the Galaxy S24 Ultra but slimmer edges or an even smaller frame with the same screen-to-body ratio. It can also be seen from the images that Samsung will apparently continue to keep the camera on the front of the Galaxy S25 Ultra in the same position as the S24 Ultra.

Galaxy S25 Ultra: Visual differences manageable
Overall, there will obviously be only minor differences between the two models, especially since Samsung is likely to keep the same rectangular shape, which, according to Wccftech, could make it difficult to distinguish the flagships visually with more and more iterations. The designers' options are of course somewhat limited in this regard.
As far as the technical data of Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra is concerned, the feature list could include Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, but the in-house Exynos 2500 is also conceivable in a separate version depending on the market, provided the performance data is close. However, it will probably be some time before there is solid information about this.
