It seems increasingly certain that Samsung is planning to hold its next Unpacked showcase event in July. And today a new rumor from SamMobile gives us a concrete date: July 10th.
This information supposedly comes from “multiple sources”, such as the location of the event: Paris, France. This had also been mentioned previously, but it's good to have confirmation, even if it comes through another rumor, as nothing is official yet.
Samsung may present new products during the Olympic Games in Paris
Paris will host the Summer Olympics in July this year. And Samsung is one of the main sponsors, so the location makes perfect sense. If confirmed, it promises to be the event of the year for the brand.
This will be a big Unpacked event, with a number of devices expected to be announced. There are the long-awaited Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 and possibly a Fold6 Ultra or FE or even a Flip6 FE. We should also expect the Galaxy Watch7 series, at least one new pair of earbuds, and the official launch of the Galaxy Ring.
There's still some time until July, so Samsung's plans could change. But for now, according to the aforementioned unnamed “multiple sources,” July 10 is the date. And the location will be Paris.
